Privacy Policy

Your family photos, and your privacy, are precious

Effective date: August 14, 2026  ·  Heirloom Revived  ·  Contact: hello@heirloomrevived.com

Please read first — This page is a plain-language starting template, not legal advice. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have a qualified attorney review and adapt it for your business before you publish or rely on it, and replace every [bracketed placeholder] with your real details.

This Privacy Policy explains what Heirloom Revived (“Heirloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version: We use your photos only to complete your order. We do not use them to train AI models. We do not sell or share them. And we permanently delete them within [30] days of delivery.

1. What we collect

2. How we use your photos

We use your photos only to fulfill your order — to restore, colorize, review, and deliver the finished file to you, and to handle related support, revisions, or refunds. To be clear:

3. Storing and deleting your photos

We store your photos securely while we work on your order, using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect them.

We permanently delete your uploaded photos and finished files within [30] days of delivery. After that window, we generally cannot recover or re-send your file, so please download and back up your restored photo promptly.

We may keep basic order records (such as your name, email, and what you purchased) longer where needed for accounting, tax, or legal reasons, but not the images themselves.

4. Third-party service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to run the service. They may process your information only as needed to provide their service to us, and they are expected to protect it. These include:

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the independent privacy practices of these third parties. Please review their policies for details on how they handle data.

5. Your rights and choices

You can ask us, at any time, to:

To make a request, email hello@heirloomrevived.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we honor those that apply to you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6. Children’s data

Heirloom is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your location). Customers often restore old photos that include images of children or ancestors as minors — that is expected and fine, and you confirm you have the right to submit those images (see Photo Rights & Consent). If you believe a child has provided us personal information as a customer, contact hello@heirloomrevived.com and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Effective date” above. Material changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on our website.
